2. Do your cushion covers and curtains come with fillers or rods?

Cushion covers are sold without fillers, and curtains are sold without rods. This allows you to customise your sizing and filling preferences with ease.

3. How do I care for my Purple Patch Studio products?

We recommend gentle hand-wash or dry cleaning, depending on the fabric. Each product page includes specific care instructions for best results.

4. Do you offer custom sizing for curtains or cushion covers?

At the moment, we offer standard sizes only. Customisation may be introduced in the future.

5. How long does shipping take?

Orders are delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on your pincode and product type.

6. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship only within India.

7. Are there shipping charges?

Shipping is ₹500 for orders below ₹5,000. Orders above ₹5,000 ship free. Express delivery ranges from ₹500–₹1,500 based on weight and location.

8. What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted if the product is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging. After inspection, you will receive a credit note valid for 90 days.

9. How will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued as a credit note to your registered email ID within 5–7 business days of the product reaching our warehouse.

10. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

Please contact our support team within 48 hours with images of the product. We’ll arrange a replacement or guide you through the return process.
