Return, Refund and Exchange

We're happy to accept returns of unused non-sale items in their original condition (unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached) within 15 days of delivery for store credit only.

We do not offer refunds on orders due to the time and labor that goes into each product. Refunds are only processed based on fulfillment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items.

You can request an at-home pick-up for your returns and exchanges here. We’ll look into the issue and get back to you within 48 working hours. The amount deducted from your final credit note amount will be Rs 200 for all orders.

The following products are not eligible for returns or exchanges: 
Fillers , Wall art and any Custom
Made products . 

Any complaint that is reported after 15 days of delivery will not be accepted.

For all accepted returns, we will issue a credit note immediately after we receive the product from your end which is valid online and in our stores for a year, or exchange for another available size
